What do I do if something is broken or not working correctly?
You must notify us of the repairs, no matter how minor they may seem. Make sure that all repairs are reported in a timely manner. Remember that if ignored, not reported and additional repairs become necessary, the cost of the repairs may become your responsibility.

How do I report maintenance issues?
You need to put all requests for repairs in writing at our office, except in cases of emergency, where you can call our office and be connected someone both during and after hours. You can download our maintenance request from from here. Maintenance Request Form
Please be aware that all repairs will be prioritized and emergencies will be handled first.
You must submit your repair online via your tenant portal or by emailing info@rentalsbigbear.com. You tenant portal link was contained in your activation email for the service or by calling 1-909-866-4745
